In 2022, One Capital expanded beyond agriculture, launching a new set of internal ventures across multiple industries. To fuel investor interest, the team revisited its early crowdfunding platform — a product that had already raised over $20M during beta, with 300 investors onboarded and 10,000+ people on the waitlist.
As the Founding Product Designer, I led the end-to-end redesign, evolving the product from a basic web app into a full-featured mobile experience. My focus was on scaling the platform to support growth: expanding functionality, improving startup discoverability, and streamlining the investment flow to create a smoother, more intuitive journey for investors.
